5777bd reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled, postponed for more than 48 hours, or abandoned without a definitive result; the bet was placed on an incorrectly displayed market or price due to a technical error; there is clear evidence of match-fixing, manipulation, or insider information involved in the bet; or the bet was placed in breach of any other provision of these Terms. Voided bets have the stake returned to the member's 5777bd account balance.

3.4 Live Betting

Odds and market availability during live events are subject to change without notice. 5777bd reserves the right to suspend or remove live betting markets at any point during an event. 6.1 Suspension by 5777bd

6.2 Closure by the Member

8.2 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 5777bd's aggregate liability to any member arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 5777bd is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages under any circumstances.

8.3 Third-Party Providers
